01. Scope

This Privacy Protocol covers data collected through the site, roadshow registration, and the Butler chatbot. It applies to campaign logs, roadshow intel, and loadout guidance across the SCATERS experience.

02. Data We Collect

• Roadshow registration: city selection, full name, email, and skate level.
• Chatbot inquiries: messages you send to the Butler (if AI is enabled).
• Technical telemetry: IP address and device data used for security and rate limiting.
• Analytics: aggregate traffic metrics via GA4 (G-ZZF07HBS50).

03. How We Use Data

• Confirm roadshow attendance and send event updates.
• Optimize schedules, locations, and on-site readiness.
• Respond to your inquiries with the Butler.
• Protect the platform against abuse and system overload.

We do not sell personal data or use it for direct sales.

04. AI Butler Processing

When enabled, Butler messages are sent to Google Gemini to generate responses. If AI is offline, the Butler responds with local, on-device replies only. Avoid sending sensitive data in chat.

05. Storage & Retention

• Registrations are stored in the SCATERS system for roadshow operations.
• Operational data is retained only as long as needed for event delivery and reporting.
• Aggregated analytics may be retained for performance benchmarking.

06. Cookies & Local Storage

• GA4 uses cookies to understand site performance.
• Audio preferences are stored in local storage to remember your soundtrack state.

07. Your Rights
